Software, especially Microsoft Office, can be a real time saver. But it can
also be a time waster. If you don't know how to accomplish a certain task, it
is likely you'll just keep trying until something seems to work. Though your
document may look fine, something may still not be correct. Your Word document doesn't print correctly, your Excel worksheet won't
repeat a header at the top of each printed page, or your Access database has
a form that doesn't refresh when you add a new record.
